LOCATION: Mac Porter Park I-35 North to Kearney Exit. Go right (east) to Hwy 33 (Big V Country Mart on left side of road) Go left (North) on Hwy 33 through town and back under I-35 to Mack Porter Park (sign saying Mack Porter Park on right side of hwy 33) turn into park

ADMISSION: Adult $5.00 / Youth $2.00 (ages 5-16) **Free** admission to players in uniform only!
Each team will receive 3 Coaches passes at team check-in. Coaches will pay to enter then turn in 3 Adult tickets to receive your Coaches Passes & cash refunds. These passes are NOT replaceable. If yours is lost or stolen, you will not receive another one and will be required to pay admission.
FORMAT: 4 game guarantee. All divisions will be Pool Play followed by Single Elimination. All teams will advance into the Single elimination bracket. Teams are allowed to bat the roster during the entire tournament.
TIME LIMITS: Single Elimination games will have a 1-hr 10 minute time limit. In the event of a tie at the end of regulation play or time limit expiration, the international tiebreaker rule will be in effect.
Pool Play games will have a 1-hour 10 minute time limit with a maximum of 1 extra inning being played. If there’s no winner after 1extra inning, the game will be recorded as a “tie.”
SEEDINGS: Seeding for single elimination will be determined based on pool play results. Ties within the pool will be broken by: 1) Head-to-head competition 2) Most runs scored within your pool 3) Coin toss.
RUN SPREAD: The run spread rule is 12 after 3 innings or 8 after 5 innings. Time limits & run spreads are in effect for ALL games including the Championship games.
ROSTERS: All teams must turn in a copy of your roster PRIOR to your first game.
ASA REGISTRATION VERIFICATION:
HOTEL INFORMATION: Teams traveling from out of town are required to turn in the Hotel Information Sheet which will be used in the event of an emergency.
RAINOUT: It is your responsibility to be aware of any rescheduled games due to weather related delays.
CONDUCT: UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT FROM COACHES, PLAYERS OR FANS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Failure to leave the area when requested by an umpire or tournament director will result in forfeiture of the game and possibly the tournament.
AWARDS: Team trophy will be awarded for 1st & 2nd place teams as well as individual awards.
TV Coverage: Metro Sports will tape highlights of each team in the tournament for a special Tournament TV Highlight show which airs on Metro Sports. Various coaches and players will also be interviewed as featured spotlights on the program.
