team will participate.
(Note the cost is determined by "age" not "division or recreational" level.)
2. Provide your Team & Coach name.
3. Click the "BUY NOW" button provided under your appropriate Age Group... you will be taken to a secure PayPal page where you can provide your credit card information.
A $15 processing fee applies. 4.
Once you have concluded the payment process you will next be taken to our TEAM INFORMATION page. You MUST fill out and submit this online Team Information Form to complete
the registration process!
