Regular Practice Information
 

Practice is every Saturday at University Academy
9:30 to 11 am in the gym

• Do not wear jewelry to practices or performances.

• Always wear athletic shoes.

• Tie your hair back, out of your face.

• Wear shorts and t-shirt to practices

Jan. 22-24: MSY Winter Shoot-out Basketball Tournament - UMKC, KCMO
 

Feb. 12-14: MSY President’s Day Smithville Classic Basketball Tournament
 

Feb 26-28: MSY February Freeze - Overland Park, KS
 

March 26-28: MSY March KC Metro Basketball Classic - UMKC
 

April 16-18: MSY Spring Shoot-out - UMKC
 

May 21-23:  MSY Ballin’ In Belton 2010 Basketball Tournament

Metro Spirit All Stars Performance Policy

1. Each participant must attend three out of four practices a month in order to perform with the team.

2. If a participant is going to miss a practice or a performance, the Metro Spirit All Stars staff need to be notified in advance so we can make routine adjustments and as we begin to add stunts, it will be even more important that the participants attend all the practices, not only for safety, but because it's much more of a challenge to change stunt groups in a routine.

3. Payments must be made the day of practice unless other arrangements are made with Metro Spirit All Stars staff.
