Metro Sports Youth is implementing a character sportsmanship award into every tournament.
 

 

Staff and referees will be looking for qualities of sportsmanship and character as presented in MSY’s True Champion Athletes program. The 3 R’s of a True Champion Athlete are responsibility, respect and being a good representative. The team in each division with the highest sportsmanship points will be recognized with a special award.

  • 0-bad sportsmanship

  • 1-barely any

  • 2-needs improvement

  • 3-fair

  • 4-good

  • 5-excellent
