  • All coaches are required to attend a mandatory coaches meeting ...so everyone knows the league expectations and rules.

  • All registration fees are to be submitted by or before the mandatory pre-league coaches meeting

  • Scheduling conflicts must be submitted before league schedule is posted

  • Only one game re-scheduling request allowed during the league and that must be submitted within the first two weeks of the league.

  • If a team forfeits a game there is a $50 forfeit charge to that team due before their next game

  • 3rd to 5th grade - once there is a 15 point lead, it goes to running clock instead of stopped clock.

High School basketball rules apply except for the following:

  • 3rd & 4th grade games are 12 minute halves; all others are 14-minute halves with stopped clock.

  • Clock runs if lead is 20 points, stopped clock resumes if lead again goes under 20, (15 points for 3rd to 5th grade)

  • No pressing after 20 point lead.

  • Time outs: 1 full and one 30 second per half: no floaters

  • Overtime: 2 minutes for 1st & 2nd overtime; 3rd overtime sudden death

  • Half time: 3 minutes

  • Ball size: 7th grade and below use 28.5

Mandatory coaches/players meeting: ALL Coaches & players and referees are required to attend a mandatory coaches/players meeting before the league begins.

 

Coach & Player Unsportsmanlike Conduct will not be tolerated! If a coach or player receives one technical foul in any game, they will not be allowed to coach or play in the next game. If a coach or player receives a second technical foul at any time, they will not be allowed to coach or play in the remaining league games.

 

Parent and fan unsportsmanlike conduct: ANYONE who exhibits unsportsmanlike conduct will be asked to leave the facility. If repeated problems persist, that parent or fan will not be allowed to watch games.

 

Score &Time Keepers: All teams must supply one scorekeeper or timekeeper per game.

 

Roster Submission:  All rosters must be submitted before the first league game.

Roster changes...
cannot be made after the second league game.

 

Proof of age: Coaches/team mangers should have grade cards or birth certificates available as .

 

First and second place awards... will be presented along with True Champion Athlete Awards to each team at an end of league Awards Ceremony.
